Amanda Bynes once again wigged out at her court appearance in New York City on July 9, 2013. Sporting
a bright blue wig, the What I Like About You actress showed up to the courthouse after being charged with reckless endangerment and attempted tampering with physical evidence. The charges were filed following Bynes' arrest in May when building officials called police to complain she was allegedly rolling a joint and smoking pot in the lobby. Prosecutors accuse that she also tossed a bong out the window in front of the officers who showed up at the scene. On Tuesday, July 9, the actress remained silent in court, and her hearing was postponed until August 26.
